ignore my error...
after installing various kexts (even when the install ended in error), i was able to boot, but many drivers where missing, so i used iatkos DVD to install them, and its ok now. but before clicking "go" after the initial setup the screen got darker and a message in various langages appeared telling me to shut down :/ also, installing efi v9 on my leopard disk too, i cant no logner boot to it, so ill reinstall chameleon v2 there and see what happens. pd: after a reboot, i was ok in snow leo again, and the same message apeared... could it be a kernel panic or what ? also, my disks and partitions attached to the intel ICH10R controller apear as folders on my desktop. |

okey http://webfile.ru/3694775 boot is old now it's no need because exist pciefiv10
to boot in 32 simply pass -x32 argument to loader not to kernel by com.apple.boot.plist in 32 some kext from leopard may work,in 64 no more kext from leopard work. alse you can try dsmosx86_64 by modbin Last edited by markswell; 07-03-2009 at 09:24 AM. |

Im getting a straight APIC panic when booting Snow Leopard on my AMD system...
Using Dmitrik's Kernel, 10380 SL, using the older boot loader instead of V10, Got the Disabler.kext and dsmos.kext from the first page here. Am i missing something? [quote=saraiva;28807]this is dsmos.kext working in x32 and x64 in Snow Leopard. Install its manually or using KextUtility.
/quote] Above no longer working. Also link to downloads in original post in this thread no longer working. Perhaps a link combining x64 dsmos and update kexts could be redone in original post. Thanks ! |

maybe updated instructions too ?
installing pc efi V "whatever" to the HD that boots leopard, at least in my case, replaces chameleon v2 with it. and after that, leopard is no longer bootable. i find it strange that i cant make snow leopard run, since i can run leopard with little kexts added ![]() ill fight some more today after work, but it COULD have something to do with the error at the end of the install. EDIT: there have been posts with many 64 bits kexts, one with MANY, all named appledecrypt, but for diferent SSE instruction sets. wich one would be for an intel core i7 ?
